Plans differ only in credits. Each finalized quote, SOW or invoice, and each payment reminder, uses 1 credit. Everything else is free on every plan.

Extra credits
$9 once, plus tax where it applies
20 extra credits, valid 12 months from purchase
Used after your plan's credits run out, on any plan, oldest first. They last 12 months from purchase and are bought once, never renewed.
What uses a credit
- 1 credit each: finalizing a quote, a SOW or an invoice, and creating a payment reminder. A SOW revision, a replacement invoice and an updated reminder count too.
- Always free: drafts, editing, previews, downloading PDFs again, recording payments, marking as sent, voiding, and editing or copying reminders.
- Failures give it back: if a PDF can't be created, the credit comes back. Trying again uses 1 credit when it works, and is allowed even with none left.
- Extra credits: bought once, used only after this period's credits run out, oldest first. They last 12 months and don't renew.
- No extra charges: when credits run out, finalizing waits until they reset, you change plan or you buy extra credits. Unused plan credits don't carry over.
Payments and tax
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, works out and charges VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout, and emails your receipts. Prices are per workspace, in US dollars.
- You can cancel a plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- When a paid plan ends, the workspace goes back to its free allowance (for now, the Beta allowance). Your documents stay.
- If a renewal payment fails, the plan’s credits stay for 7 days. After that the workspace has its free allowance until the payment goes through.
